1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods to ensure your products arrive in a timely manner. Shipping times and fees are calculated during checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., holidays), and unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, customs delays, or shipping carrier issues) may also affect delivery times.
2. Order Processing Time
After you place an order, we aim to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design and the materials involved. If there are any delays in processing, we will notify you via email.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. Wild Roots Engraving LLC offers free standard shipping for orders over $45 within The United States.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website. If you have any trouble tracking your order, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We only ship to physical addresses within the regions or countries specified on our website.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, once the package leaves our warehouse, we rely on the shipping carrier to deliver it safely. If your order is damaged during shipping or if it is lost, please contact us immediately. For damaged items, we may require you to provide photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Wild Roots Engraving LLC is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred due to an incorrect address. If you realize that you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address.
